We share these upfront so there are no surprises on event day. Patio 1618 is a quiet, daytime celebration venue in a residential community.
Patio 1618 operates 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We do not offer extensions, overnight stays, or evening events beyond 5:00 PM.
To protect neighbors and comply with municipal ordinance, all events are strictly non-videoke. No microphones or loud speakers. Low-volume background music only.
Balloons are not allowed inside the pool (they clog the drain). Confetti is prohibited. Only scotch tape is allowed — double tape and masking tape are not. ₱250 penalty if tape stains the wall. All decorations must be removed before leaving.
Pets are welcome on the premises but not allowed inside the pool. If pets are not diapered, the guest must clean up any mess.
Bring your own kitchen utensils and cookware. Gas or butane stoves are allowed. Electric appliances 400–500W are charged ₱500/unit, with additional ₱50 per 100W above 500W.
Pool depth is 3 ft progressing to 5 ft. Pool size is 8 × 5 sqm. Children 3 years and below are free of charge.
Your celebration is the only event on the property the day you book. No sharing the pool, no overlapping setups, no strangers in your photos.
